Shipping

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In general, items will ship between 10-14 days* after your order (faster if I’m able!)

*Due to the nature of my disabilities, there may be times where processing time is extended by a few days. If this is to happen, I will contact you and let you know your adjusted shipping date.

Estimated shipping times

North America: 10-14 business days.

I'll do my best to meet, and be faster than these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Wholesale availability

I would love to chat about wholesale options, especially if your shop caters to the nerdy, medical, or features quirky art.

Care instructions

All pieces are finished with a sealant to protect them from yellowing, cracking, and fading. However, each piece is made by hand and is NOT indicated for use as a hot plate, trivet, etc unless specifically marked.

All spoons, bowls, and utensils are oiled with a food safe mineral oil. Recommended re-oiling 1x yearly or if you notice drying.

Can I Get a Tattoo Of Your Work?

First, I am SO honored that a piece of my art resonates with you in that way.

Second, Yes - But:

You must reach out to me regarding the piece, and purchase a “Tattoo Ticket.”

Please do not take a photo of my work or a piece you have previously purchased and bring it to a tattoo artist with the intent to ask them to replicate it.

In general, this is the policy most artists use out of respect for our own work, and wanting to ensure that it is treated well in its forever interpretation on your skin.

I have a list of artists that I have agreed to work with, and if you have any artist in mind, I will reach out to them to discuss using my designs, or how to interpret them.

Custom Orders

I love custom orders! Whether you have a full idea, or a vague one, I am happy to discuss how to make your wood-burned or digital art dreams come true.

Due to high demand, custom orders are ONLY accepted through email, or though our custom order page. Order inquiries through instagram, facebook, or twitter will be redirected to contact us through our website.

I WILL NOT replicate other artists designs, unless given explicit permission from the artist. If you like another artists work, BUY IT FROM THEM.

Did You Study / Are You Certified in Medical Illustration?

Short answer: no.

Long answer: I studied Occupational Therapy in college, and took courses in anatomy, physiology, pathology, and kinesiology. To study, I drew systems, diagrams, and found a love for a field I had no idea existed. I am continually educating myself, both in drawing/rendering techniques, and in practice/medical literature. I continue to develop my skills, and am beginning to work with medical professionals to provide illustrations for patient and provider education.

Legally, one does not need to be a Certified Medical Illustrator to provide medical illustration.
